Fill it up, sign it, then send it to us using the form below.

Your application for membership will be sent to the Board Members for approval. You will be advised when to pay the membership fee. Please do not pay the membership fee prior to advise. Membership in the organization starts on the date of issue of the membership confirmation. Thank you very much for your interest in joining UPAA Germany e.V.
